Just who are Building Control Systems?
BCS (Building Control Systems) was started by Dan Kerrigan in Perth WA.
Then in 2012 Russell Fisher and Glenn Johnston joined up with Dan, and the three of them each own a third of the business and are working directors within the company.
While under Dan, the business was primarily a labour resource operation, and provided labour to large Building Management Providers within Australia.
Once Glenn and Russ came on board this allowed the opportunity to provide additional services, such as HVAC commissioning and increased experience in various other BMS type systems as well as Oil & Gas and mining PLC systems.
BCS (through Glenn) also took on the Loytec product and introduced the Loytec BMS to the Australian market.
BCS was also the first official Loytec Competancy Provider in Australia, this was achieved by Russell and Glenn being formally trained up on the Loytec product in Vienna Austria.
Then Russ and Dan introduced the DEOS system into Western Australia, and BCS became the first official DEOS provider in WA.
Loytec then also made BCS the official Loytec Competancy Centre for Australia, which means that BCS is the Loytec Training Facility Provider for the product in Australia.
